Our Purpose

We help important voices be heard.

In our work, we help clients find a stronger voice and stand out in their industries. Outside of our client work, we strive to support and amplify voices from underrepresented communities and groups trying to drive social change.

A few of the causes we support:

our approach to help purpose-driven businesses thrive

Our Approach

  • Invite people in. Being inclusive yields the best results.

  • Short + long game. We find quick wins while we build for the long-term.

  • Hard=fun. We’re not afraid of complex or technical material and we like working with big brains.

  • Quality over quantity. We are a spam-free zone.

  • Be nice. We are just plain friendly, and we look for clients who are the same.

Power Up Your Team

Quickstep clients gain access to a powerful team of employees, freelancers, and partners to support your thought leadership—media relations, research, video production, executive coaching, and more.

We excel at bringing together divergent points of view and landing common language. We aren’t afraid to speak up when we see something could be better. And we bring positive attention, energy, and ideas to every interaction.
